Well, I like this picture very much. It's simple but very lively and I could stare on it for hours, because it makes me feel refreshed.
On dA there are many pictures with fruit and water, so it's not that original, but you make it seem to be new.
I like the perspective you used. To see the orange as near as possible and to see where the water comes from, without having all that in the middle of the picture is very cool. The orange colour makes the picture very lively.
What I don't like is your copyright-watermark. I know you need it to be sure nobody uses your picture, but you shouldn't show it that clearly, because it distracts me (as the viewer) from the picture you actually want to show. Maybe you could make it smaller.
All in all the picture is very clear and very good.
