How to get more watchers and friends on deviantARTHello everyone!
This is gonnabe a little guide howto get more deviantWATCHers.
The simple rule is: Feature people.
Seriously: Feature them.
I do the Square'ish-features and that helped me making friends.
Feature people and then tell them you featured them.
How to feature?
1) Write a new journal entry.
2) Open the picture you want to feature.
3) Look at the right side. It says 'Share'. Just click on the little arrow and copy the :thumb:-code.
4) Paste it into your journal.
5) Press 'Preview'. the picture is supposed to be shown now.
6) Publish your journal and write a comment under the artist's picture. Most of the artists will visit your journal or even your page and they'll thank you

Try it! (I'm not sure whether that does only work for premium members. Do you know more about that?)

Feature #1 Feature time! Ok, I changed the rules a bit. I'm going to do a feature for amazing artists I discover every day.

She is from Turkey, working as a geology engineer. She started loving photography in 2005, taking portraits and falling in love with nature photos, so she focused on those.

Update with FeaturesI know I've been very distant from deviantart. I've just been going through a "what do I want in life" phase, ya know? It has dragged on month after month, but every once and awhile I do find my creativity again. I post more on my facebook fan page and my personal website more than here, and one of my 2012 resolutions is to be more active in the artist community once again. I miss doing features of art. I also want to share more stock photos too, and feature stock there too. But after a lot of struggling with my creativity, it finally struck me after all these weeks and a few months or so, that I now have a friggin' nice collection of my own high res photos from various locations I shot since last year and mostly these last two months since I've moved to the west coast. And so....I have no excuse not to make art; I can make so much personal art with my own photos now. They are pretty naturally, but it hasn't made me feel entirely complete, and so I realized that when I manip
