This is a truly wonderful photo, and I would like to congratulate you on such an interesting shot. I think the depth created by the chain and the rest of the clock is very interesting, as well as the saturation of the objects.

The one thing that bothers me the most about this composition is the placement of the clock. I feel it is too centered (almost like a bulls eye), and although sometimes that is a good thing, this time, it doesn't really work. I think if you were to crop it so that the clock is off center, but also keeping it as the focus of the photo, the composition would develop this into an even stronger piece.
