Great picture, great colors, For a strange kind of reason, this picture makes me remind my childhood. The best picture I have seen today, the lights are wonderful and the soft rain effect makes it look funny, happy and as if the picture were playing with our imagination. The focus is in the right place and the edition is fantastic. Well, I give you a 3.5 in vision, because is not very clear a point of view, it just looks as if you wanted to do an exhibition of a picture. in Originality I give you a 4.5 because has got a good composition and is not just a cat or a water splash (what now is common in dA). In technique 4.5 and Impact 5.0, the reasons are above.
