This picture, most appropriately, can be labelled 'cute'. I have never encountered another picture with such a theme or objects of focus.

The fact that the background is simple and takes no attention away from the main object helps keep the focus on the falling pomegranate seeds. The choice of using a yellow coloured cocktail umberella prevents the red from being too overpowering.

The play with the focus is brave and rather artistic, though the sudden changes from the sharp features to the blur is a little unsettling.

All in all, a beautiful shot that has captured the originality of the idea very well.

This is a beautiful photo! I love the use of space and color, especially how the orange umbrella is in focus while the red one blends in a bit more with the pomegranates, if that makes any sense. The sparkliness in the background accentuates the little pomegranate seeds nicely too! Very pretty. :) Also, pomegranates are delicious!
