Toying with glass effects is one of my favorite things to do! I like that the focus is on the water droplets as opposed to the model. The shallow depth of field plus the layer of glass also created really nice bokeh in the background. The asymmetrical balance and the vivid red lipstick make this photograph very interesting as well.
This may not be the most original shot ever, but your execution was flawless so you managed to leave a lasting impact for your viewers. Your deviation stood out like a sore thumb from all of the other "popular" works on the main page. I am especially impressed, because this is one of your first portraits. The only thing wrong with this photograph is that it's not mine. Great job!
I was searching for a new idea to try out and this picture just helped me do that. Haha I gotta try this soon! Even though this idea has become sort of cliche, I think you executed it perfectly. The blue and red tones go very well together and bring that "attention" to the image. Also, your bright red lipstick does the charm of attracting anyone that has a glimpse of the image.
The out of focus image and everything is brilliantly done. Oh, and your watermark is pretty low opacity so it doesn't ruin the image or anything!
